The apartments are very nice everything is very nice And there is a sidewalk that is plowed thats plowed that leads to the grocery store the family Dollara pharmacy and a bank all that you might need and its only about a 4minwalk to everything I need

Slipped and fell three times on a sheet of ice last night Youre lucky I didnt break anything or youd have a lawsuit on your hands It is NOT the residents job to to maitenance job and keep it clear of ice Especially since old and disabled people live here What an absolute disgrace I contacted corporate already but wanted the public to know it IS NOT SAFE THER

We went to apply for this apartment community and the lady told us she had a apartment ready for us and everything we filled out our apps and gave them to her and it took her over a month and a half to start anything with them and when I gave her a call to check on the status of our apps she said that she has not gotten to them cause she was busy Come to fin

We went to apply for this apartment community and the lady told us she had a apartment ready for us and everything we filled out our apps and gave them to her and it took her over a month and a half to start anything with them and when I gave her a call to check on the status of our apps she said that she has not gotten to them cause she was busy Come to find out she gave away the apartment she garneted us That was not the only problem we waited another month for the next apartment she said it would be ready the first of the month and then she said that it would be ready the 15th when I told her she said the first she denied saying that at all then she said it will be ready the first of the following month not only that but she made my husband quit a job thank god he was able to get it back she told him that we would not be able to move in if he was working both jobs and on top of that she first said that my cats where fine cause I was unable to get their shot records cause they came from a private shelter and she said that no proof was necessary and that I would be fine she kept saying that the whole time and three weeks before we were planning on moving in she said NO NO NO I never said that I would be stupid if I did well guess what hunny your stupid she sat their and told me to find proof after calling the shelter and their vet I got no where and called her back and told her I couldnt and she said that I had to or I couldnt move it I knew they got their shots cause my oldest cat nearly died from one and she said that I had to go get her done again I asked her so you want me to go get my cats their shots again and risk them dyeing she said yesnnot only that but she made us believe that their was someone trying to take our apartment away from us and that if we put down a 200 dollar holding fee that it would be ours for sure at the end there was no way to please her and get her what she wanted so I gave up and told her to refund us our money back and not to worry about the apartment and to give it to the people who need it she said that she is not refunding my money cause I wasnt doing as she asked even though I was and she hung up on menshe was very disrespectful through the whole process and lied to us every step of the way It was hard for her to remember anything and honestly I think she should lose her job and that place hire someone who can remember things she is just a waste of money for the company that owns those lovely apartmentsnI DO NOT recommend this place to anyone who is trying to get in by a dead line or who want to deal with honest peopleno and dont try to contact the main office cause they never answer their phone and even if you do leave a message they will not call you back DISHONEST COMPANY
