The WORST apartments and landlords you could possibly get I dont recommend MTH management the apartments are INFESTED with roaches and mice like UNBELIEVABLY infested and when you complain all they tell you is that its out of their control not to mention you can NEVER get ahold of the manager for aspen hollows I read the reviews before moving in but I hoped 2019-08-01T19:30:56Z

Renting here for 2 years so far and I am very satisfied with the management New siding and new patio fencing They have put a lot of effort into the buildings and grounds and continue to do so You also have the option to have a washer and dryer in the unit Any maintenance issue I have had were resolved within 24 hours Very quiet and peaceful at night Neighbor 2022-05-25T20:18:33Z

The rent is definitely on the higher end of my budget but Ive never felt safer living in the LansingEast Lansing area than I do here Units are spacious and petfriendly maintenance is swift and management is friendly and helpful
