I just moved away from Riverfront Apartments after living here for a year due to needing more space now that I work from home I had an excellent experience The price of rent cant be beat for the location 600 for a 1 bedroom with a riverfront view note that these prices may change The maintenance staff were always incredibly helpful and keep the landscaping looking beautiful They have a weekly cleaning staff who comes to clean the common areas once per week I also had a positive experience working with the Property MangernnThe apartment was spacious and very clean when I moved in I loved the location right on the River Trail I did have to be on a waiting list for a few months before I could move in so if youre interested be prepared to wait a little bitnnPros View location price friendly neighbors amenities coin laundry gym and poolnnCons Corporate outdated pet policy cats need to be declawed I would encourage corporate office to redo this policy as it is cruel to the animal to be declawed not the thickest walls so it can be easy to hear neighbors sometimes this is beyond the property managers control so I dont mean this as an insult to themnnEDIT Corporate has updated their pet policy YAY Cats no longer need to be declawed more ... hide ...

Horrible The customer service is unbelievable there is no way that there should be bed bugs and mice problems in a home that you first move into

This apartment complex has disrespect employees They can not keep any workers in the office what so ever You will have a different person working in the office about every year They do not work with your circumstances They are very rude and disrespectful They do not truly go by your income like they supposed to They do not listen to the tenants that lives in 2020-03-30T14:35:37Z
