Ive lived at Country Way East for 6 months now The area is nice and quiet and the same goes for the apt I never hear anything from my neighbors The one thing I would say is that when I moved in the apt didnt seem very clean Smelled of smoke really bad Otherwise everything is pretty good When I need something taken care of they do it very quickly The neighbor 2021-11-02T04:18:47Z

Awesome staff They assisted my friend 62 yr old disabled friend with getting into her subsidized apt within 3 weeks They allow small pets for a one time fee and let you pay it off in installments The extra perks are amazing We need more communities like this available to people

I do love living here Its mostly quiet and maintenance does a great job That being said the cost to live here continues to go up and up and up and we arent getting paid much more so its unaffordable There do seem to be people here who have lived here for 20 years so no way their rent is increasing like mine Also if the cost is going to continue to go up ther 2022-04-09T13:31:20Z
