My wife and I moved here across the country last year and were anxious about moving into another apartment For the prices we were used to before this place really is a luxury apartment deal at a not unreasonable rate Weve been given prompt and attentive service since movein day Overall weve been very happy and plan to stay here until we buy our first house Staff is quick to respond to maintenance requests During the summer lawns were cut every week and during the winter the sidewalks have been shoveled and salted immediately often several times a day The commons areas inside are vacuumed and swept each week so we always feel comfortable hosting family and friends There are gyms in two of the three buildings I believe and they are well maintained and clean with excellent brand new equipment for a variety of fitness needs All the appliances in the units are two years old at most There is a substantial amount of storage space in the kitchens with beautiful granite countertops and a breakfast bar Our only complaint is that they dont offer recycling pickup so we have to take all our recycling to the center down the road ourselves This may be something still in the works since this is a relatively new place Residents are mostly young professionals Dow interns college students etc While we were concerned about not having reserved parking spaces it has not been an issue There is always ample parking due to the size of the lot Lots of sidewalks connecting to the neighborhoods surrounding so its a beautiful area to be in if you like walking Just a 5 minute drive from Kroger and the downtown area too more ... hide ...

Worst place to live Do not rent from there Poor Management takes months to fix anything Black mold under floors holes in numerous tenants houses that have not been fixed and leak water for months now Under going construction the construction workers are unprofessional they cuss and swear in front of our children They leave supplies nails trash cigarette butts all over One guy puked in our bushes out front and left it Been without an upstairs bathroom for a week with black mold in there and nobody fixing it They tore up the floor and left tiles everywhere Broke our kitchen table and are refusing to replace it Front office has been made aware of the situation and they dont care We are now receiving an notices because the construction manager got in my face and became verbally hostile I told office what she did and I did not want her in my house They served us with an notice By far the worst place I have ever lived more ... hide ...
