Where do I start this COULD be a nice place to live but there is quite a bit that needs to be improved The office staff is a major problem The first leasing agent I met was nice but the other Tiana was completely incompetent Our specific leasing agent Tiana failed to inform us what we needed to have the day we sign the lease and of course he wasnt there the 2019-01-21T03:06:28Z
Where do I start this COULD be a nice place to live but there is quite a bit that needs to be improved The office staff is a major problem The first leasing agent I met was nice but the other Tiana was completely incompetent Our specific leasing agent Tiana failed to inform us what we needed to have the day we sign the lease and of course he wasnt there the day we were so we all showed up completely unprepared and almost unable to move in It was so embarrassing and unbelievably stressful to deal with this situation and it was all due to her unprofessionalism and lack of communication and failure to return our calls or emails Additionally I also tried to call the property manager to complain about this agent and how all of the inconvenience we experienced could have been avoided if he had just communicated with us but I have not heard anything Hopefully something gets done about her because I would hate to have what happened to me happen to someone elsenI do not recommend living at this residence The office is disorganized my paperwork was wrong from the day I moved in and they screwed up my renttaking it out of the security deposit without a phone call or explanation I called maintenance at least 5 times for various concerns including a bird in my furnace When I called maintenance they told me they usually find their way out but they didnt and when I turned the heat on come fall the furnace needed repairs because there was a dead bird inside I lived on the bottom floor near the woods and had tons of bugs in the apartment on a regular basis Come to find out there was a gap in the sliding door which took over a month to get looked at only after calling the regional office This place doesnt even deserve the one star rating I have rented for the past 2 years and living at Northwind Forest has been by far the worst apartment experience ever The apartments are old and leaky with fresh paint and floors to make them SEEM newif you are a nonsmoker be prepared for your neighbors meth and cigarette smoke to enter your apartment Its great when your clothes start to smell like cigarettes and meth and you dont even do drugs or smoke yourself Dont make the same mistake I did read others reviews too before you sign a lease more ... hide ...

Some tips on living herenDont leave your car unlockednTheres a weird dude that walks next to my back door and creeps in on my kids he doesnt like it when I creep back really upsets himnDont pay with a check theyll cash it whenever they want to and if it bounces because they took their sweet time doing so you now get LATE FEESand the check bouncing fee on top of it This is income based housing if I had the money to pay you 50 more dollars for a mistake you made I wouldnt herenIf you magically get a piece of paper on your doorstep vaguely saying construction workers are coming to the area drop everything youre doing and move all thing away from anywhere the workers will beeven though you dont know where that is exactly just guess youll probably still get a rude voicemail on returnnDrive slow a majority of your neighbors are going to attempt a car crash in the parking lotnDrive slow the other half are attempting to get insurance claims and get hit in the parking lotnDont go play at the park or youll become the babysitter for the neighborhood kidsnnSuch a wonderful little area to live So classy here more ... hide ...
