We continue to have monthly clogged drain issues and maintenance comes and snakes the drain to bandaid a small hole in the clog What do we have to do to stop bandaiding the problem and really get the drain cleared out Very frustrated this is an on going monthly issue

If anyone get a letter saying they are remove from waiting list because they havent signed a update waiting list form that you get every 6mths and you know you have been sending it faithfully the LIEis I feel is to reduce the waiting list its sad cause a person has waste 2 yrs filling it out and sending it back smh
