My husband and I have lived here for almost a year and have no complaints The girls that work in the office are so friendly professional and responsive even more friendly to our pup The apartments are nice and wellkept our 1 Bedroom Kitchen is very spacious with lots of pantry and cupboard space The bathroom is surprisingly spacious too Our bedroom has TWO walkin closetsnnWe never hear our neighbors through the walls so they must be well insulatedsound proof or we just have quiet neighbors The ground are well kept in the summers green grass landscaping In the winter they keep the sidewalks clear of snow The only downside in the winter is that you cannot park on the street in the nighttime hours but thats city ordinance not Park Terrace rules There are plenty of parking lots spaces to make up for it They have a couple of playgrounds throughout the complex and sidewalksnnMaintenance never enter the apartments without permission we know because we have nanny cams for the dog and if they are going to enter for routine checkups they send a notice to give at least a weeks noticenWould highly recommend to anyone looking for a quiet neighborhoodfeel apartment complex
