Apartments are nice Office response is kinda unprofessional the assistant we had answered the phone was very rude and sounded grumpy pretty unprofessional Very hard to have communication with these ppl

For the most part this is a nice place to live They have given many opportunities to socialize within the complex such as movie nights during the summer The complex looks super pretty in the summer as well The grounds are well maintained from what Ive noticed A thing I can say is that they dont have many people working on maintenance so unless your issue is 2022-03-17T09:59:29Z
For the most part this is a nice place to live They have given many opportunities to socialize within the complex such as movie nights during the summer The complex looks super pretty in the summer as well The grounds are well maintained from what Ive noticed A thing I can say is that they dont have many people working on maintenance so unless your issue is dire you might have to wait Which is totally understandable but I thought Id mention itnnIt is a close walk to a number of places such as Kilwins Sunset ParkBayfront Park The Library as well as downtown The walk is a good 1015 minutes depending on where youre going even faster on bike It is SO CLOSE to the water when youre driving out of the complex you can see it on the horizon Of course its not lake front but for the price I think its super amazing that its only a short walk to be able to be by the lakennAs long as you are a good tenet and just live your life this place will be nice Management seems to be more chill for the most part which is awesome more ... hide ...

We have had a great experience renting from hillside club The place is clean and in good repair If we ever need anything fixed the guys are on it One time our fridge died and we made one phone call and had a new fridge in our apartment in a few hours It is really great not having to worry about stuff like that Our neighbors are quiet and when we are inside t 2016-03-17T21:19:40Z
