This school is terrible I did not finish the staff is very rude and not helpful at all This school is a waste of time and money BIG WASTE OF MONEY Very unprofessional And if you dont finish they will refuse to give you your transcripts I now go to a real college and will be graduating soon Please dont waste your life going to this garbage school

I had a horrible experience with this organization especially with the property manager and then unfortunately with her supervisor After I approached the property manager asking about the cost to break my lease she assured me that it would be no problem as long as I gave her 30 days I gave her more than 30 days notice but then contrary to her promise she immediately began backpedaling on her own guidance Ultimately she failed to rent my apartment anew FineI did the right thing I left the apartment in fine shape and I lived up to my end of the bargain Unlike these crooks I sent them additional monthly rent payments without making them chase me downnnThen I learned independently that they had rented the place halfway through one of the months that I had already paid for I emailed several times without response and called and finally had the property manager assure me that she had submitted a check request for me to be reimbursed but no check ever came So after repeated failed contacts I bumped it up to her supervisor At least she responded but then she shamefully didnt honor her managers commitment She manipulated the numbers and the agreement so that she could ultimately tell me that I would owe them despite what her manager had assured mennIn the end these people are shysters Although the property is decent and the maintenance manager is a good dood I cant recommend that anyone enter a contract with unethical and unprofessional people like this If I ran my business like these people do my clients would fire me but I guess its easy to prey upon renters especially in Pontiac Shameful lack of professionalism It makes it so that I never want to rent from a large organization ever again more ... hide ...
