I have lived in Greenspire Apartments for three months and will certainly not be renewing my lease Since moving in my girlfriend and I have experienced severe issues with insects in the apartment including crickets dropping out of the vents in the apartment yes dropping including out of the vents directly above the toilet We typically find and kill 35 cri 2022-07-13T18:02:52Z
I have lived in Greenspire Apartments for three months and will certainly not be renewing my lease Since moving in my girlfriend and I have experienced severe issues with insects in the apartment including crickets dropping out of the vents in the apartment yes dropping including out of the vents directly above the toilet We typically find and kill 35 crickets each day inside our apartment along with other insects spiders pill bugs and beetles Managementmaintenance have been extremely reluctant at best to help with this issue they punted to an outside pest control company and the pest control company punted back and told us it was a maintenance issue and that they are unable to alter the vent system to prevent the insects from entering Maintenance refuses to do anything further to address the issue as they insist the vents are a sealed system and that nothing can get in despite us personally witnessing crickets dropping from the vents and having photograph and video evidence to the contrary Horrible experience and both my girlfriend and I feel that we have been mistreated by Greenspire in addition to having to deal with a horrible insect infestation more ... hide ...

This place was ok to live in at the time but once we moved out they didnt give us any notice that we owed money to them and directly sent us to collections the same week we where finally told They didnt even give us a chance to pay it off to them when we asked for more time Terrible place to live at

Family lives herennThis place is a joke The ONLY good thing about it are the fact the apartments themselves are beautiful have washerdryer in units and spacious floor plan pull cords for emergency in bedroom and bathroom No dishwashers though They do have maintenance pick up each units trash twice a week Service animals must go potty outside in designated ar 2019-10-02T22:08:05Z
Family lives herennThis place is a joke The ONLY good thing about it are the fact the apartments themselves are beautiful have washerdryer in units and spacious floor plan pull cords for emergency in bedroom and bathroom No dishwashers though They do have maintenance pick up each units trash twice a week Service animals must go potty outside in designated area not near building Carport storage bins cost extra Charter cable paid to them Electricity not included Management must know of anyone staying overnight as a guest or youll be in trouble Occasional few nice residents that know how to mind their own business Otherwise theres a group of old people with nothing better today and will report ANY issue THEY dont like to management Management plays favorites with residents for sure Your petsonal business will be known to everyone if you tell just one other person Manager does NOT know how to be friendly In it for the Maintence guy Calvin is great only one right now Office assistant Dellanne is nice only part time Manager Wendy is not personablennBingo a few days a week not many play Puzzle room and pool table Old time movie once in awhile in the theatre with popcorn machine Lunch available daily tv dinner type Extra for guests to join Elevators on each floor No smoking must be 25 feet from building Random residents do smoke in their units Management playing favorites and looking past them Rules only apply to people she likes Its best if you live here to stay in your apartment as much as possible and tell your life to nobody elsennRules are necessary of course but there are REASONABLE exceptions that COULD be made When a resident needs a caregiver to help with some stuff it should be acceptable more ... hide ...

Ive lived here almost two years Not worth the money Theyre overpriced and havent been updated nearly enough to reflect that price The maintenance team is great However theres only so much they can do when it comes to real problemsnnI had to argue with management about replacing a 14 year old water heater that was consistently dumping rust into our water And Ive complained about our AC not working three times with no results because there isnt a quick simple fix The thermostat is set to 68 My unit is currently 76 and my electric bill in the summer is close to 300 for a 900 square foot unit When Ive brought this repeated issue up to management they havent taken any action to resolve the issuennIn addition the dumpster is consistently overflowing to the point where you cant even access it Instead of increasing how frequently its emptied or getting am additional dumpster management simply has a maintenance person clean it upnnDont give them your money You can get a better unit for the same amount more ... hide ...
