I had an apartment here for a year and had issues with maintenance and the office throughout my time there When I moved in the hot water was not heating up I made three maintenance calls for it to be examined when on the third attempt a worker visited when I was home and understood the problem During the process a piece in my shower broke and they had to mak 2019-10-30T18:12:52Z
I had an apartment here for a year and had issues with maintenance and the office throughout my time there When I moved in the hot water was not heating up I made three maintenance calls for it to be examined when on the third attempt a worker visited when I was home and understood the problem During the process a piece in my shower broke and they had to make a service call for a welder to come out and fix it They had turned off my water during the service and could not turn it back on because it would leak into the apartment below me so I went a week without running water in my entire apartment They gave me keys to go to another building just so I could shower and use the bathroom I did not receive a discount or any reimbursement for the inconvenience When the welding company came to resolve the issue they cut a hole through my closet I had to submit a maintenance request to have someone come out and patch it there was no followupnnThat was just one of the problems I experience At one point the heating coil for my oven caught fire and I had to pull it forward to stop the fire The next day when I went into the office to report the issue the woman barely cared about how dangerous the issue was The light in my closet was out until the month I moved out because they needed to order a part to fit itnnI genuinely thought the maintenance workers were polite and friendly They always made small talk when they visited and always knocked before entering Things were just constantly breaking more ... hide ...

They told me everything looked good And i was approved Also paid something on my deposit Was so excited to move here They even gave me an address to a unit i was moving in Sent me a thank you card and everything I stopped searching for A house because i really thought i could move here Just to tell me at the last minute My income was over the limit Which whe 2022-10-09T03:56:07Z

Shonda was VERY helpful and fast at getting everything done for me and my family to move in our new home She was also polite and made sure that everything was up to code all of my questions and concerns were taken care of I highly recommend anyone to deal with her while trying to move into any of their locations She gets the job done and done right Thank yo 2020-03-01T00:38:33Z
