After living here for about 8 years i definitely have had some bad experiences but over all i would say it is the best based on income housing in sturgisnThe new office staff are a lot nicer and more understanding than the old ones the down side to that is theyre too nice at times and therefore do not want to be strict in the past 6 months they sent out at least 8 notices to everyone about the problem they are having of people not picking up after their dogs but that is basically all that has been done about the problemnThey have recently remodeled all of village manor both inside and out they did go kinda cheap about it though overall though what i think is the best part is if you need the maintenance for anything just call and they will be there in a few min on weekdays or about 30min on weekendsnMOST IMPORTANTLY As a last heads up when living in an apartment your neighbors make or brake the hole thing so just remember to be considerate and understanding if you have a problem with them lets say making alot of noise at 1am just talk to them most people are understanding and wont bite your head off but at the same time understand noises will be made things get dropped knocked over and people fall so if its not an every day thing then assume it wont happen again were all just living our lives so relax and dont make something small into something big more ... hide ...
