The negative disposition of the office needs to change If you dont like people or if you dont like your job QUIT Find something else Being a person who deals with people and tries to level with people it bothers me to see people with such poor attitudes about doing their jobs The staff could use an abundance of training because there are many instances where incorrect information is given and because of this processes are prolonged and gone about in the wrong way There are also policies in place that are not being correctly followed Low income or income based housing doesnt equate to tenants being stupid and most times that is how I feel people are treated A little kindness goes a long way In addition for whatever reason the staff doesnt believe in contacting residents by phone which also prolongs recertification and interim certification processes Proper notification to the proper parties could alleviate a lot of issues You get what you put out in life so if everyone is saying the same thing about your attitude the problem is you and dont expect to get positivity back in return more ... hide ...

Lived here for 5 years They have an arrangement with ABC towing My car was towed 5 times over that period from my parking spot while I slept Clearly visible parking tag Dont care tow your car Live here and have a right to park here Dont care tow your car Each time 300 extortion fee had to be paid to have the car returned Police are in on it and get a cut
