The neighbors here are amazing They help you move in and make sure you dont go without and are extremely friendly The manager is very personable and friendly Efficient and professional while being friendly Apartment is beautiful very clean and more closet space than is normal in an apartment

This place looks really cool If you qualify low income it seems like a nice option If you dont mind very drafty windows an elevator that breaks down occasionally and a garage door that breaks down every couple of monthsthis is the place for you Management is very friendly and probably want these things to change but when stuff breaks down it is very frustrating Another quirk about this place is the stairwell They have one nicecarpeted emergency stairwell and one narrowsteep regular stairwell Neither of these two stairwells connect to the main lobby where the mailboxes and main entrance are Also you cant use these as entrances as they dont have a key cardTherefore if the elevator breaks down and you need to get your mail you need to go out of the building back into the building to get your mail back out of the building and then back into the building by means of a side door If it is later in the evening you need to walk to the side of the building down the parking ramp and back up the stairs As you can tell it is very frustrating I have no idea how the several people with scooters and wheelchairs get around when the elevator goes outIn summary if you are looking for a clean large affordable space with friendly people can put up with drafty windows the elevator and garage door breaking down and dont mind a confusing stairwell system then this is a great place for you to live more ... hide ...
