I would not recommend Coventry Court if you want your entire security deposit back and missed anything when filling out the damage report form during move in Management refused to consider my excellent record as a renter and my word that knife marks on the kitchen counter top predated my stay Very disappointing ending especially after I was understanding when my unit partially flooded due to snow melting and a clogged downspoutnnUpdate After the reply below I called Coventry Court only to be told that they still were not planning to return my money as a third party vendor had posted the response for them without their knowledgennSo please dont be fooled by the tone of the response as Coventry Court ultimately does not care enough to do to the right thing in my experience

I recently just signed a least and I wish I knew before hand on what I was getting myself into This has to be one of the worst living experiences ever You have rules that arent being followed you have fire safety issues you have things in your home that are not up to code with the city I also seen some of the most disturbing thing from a property manager by threatening to file eviction notices on tenants who live on a fix income and it really made me wonder what type of heartless and careless person would say something like that This is horrible management by the property manager and by northstar residential I strongly recommend you only live here if you are going to be homeless and use it as a last option
