I have lived at the Landing for over 3 years and I like it here The complex is small enough that you can get to know everyone The residents are friendly and management and maintenance are great Any issues or repairs are taken care of quickly I highly recommend The Landing

I felt harassed and bullied by other residences I have felt I have not been heard by management I would suggest that you read the Waybury tenant leasing contract before you to rent herennThings are different now from when I moved in so I cant do things like my woodworking and Wood burning that I was allowed to do in the past
