I have on the most part that after my husband died sudd on November 4th 2009 I was very overwhelmed with everything I had to do I put the application in at the main office in King Manor and I believe I found out that there was an opening at Midtowne Manor 2 shortly after only about 8 months I was very much in a total disarray about everything happening so fast I moved a little over 2 years from Midtowne Manor 2 because a neighbor harassing me I didnt realize what ihad to do but then signed up Section 8 I got approved and moved to 47th West and Grand Avenue I stayed there almost 3 years and believe it or not came back June 3rd 2014 I have been here now over 4 years and I am moving to downtown high rises either Grandview Manor or King Manor I was approved for a reasonable accommodation for th I particular transfer because of falling issues and I recently had left total replacement on April 3rd of this year AlsoI will close to my doctors clinics and better access to a grocery store For some reason I was asking a question concerning myreasonable accommodation and I tried to submit my message a it kept saying my email address is invalid But I wondering approximately how long will I need to wait for an opening at GrarndView Manor or King Manor I know the letter saying I was approved for the transfer about the beginning of June I wasnt really thinking that I would move again it would awesome to know approximately how longThank you

Took my family and I for 70 in application fees and completely went nonresponsive after we applied Working in management myself I understand it is possible someone applied before us but I was simply given a thumbsup when I said we sent in the applications no indication that they would not be considered I think they should not be accepting multiple application fees if they are not running multiple applications Not good business in my opinion It is hard for everyone out there right now dont make it harder If they had refunded my application fee upon deciding not to even consider our applications I would not be writing this review however they are completely nonresponsive Hopefully I can recover the funds from my bank for a service that was not provided as paid for Maybe they are great for those they choose to rent to but we certainly had a negative experience EDIT upon posting this review I was finally provided with the reasoning for my denial being apparently a nonviolent disorderly conduct and an abandoned vehiclesuspended license ticket from years ago as well as low credit which I did indicate we would have a cosigner for but wasnt given the opportunity to have them apply I guess I dont see how this makes me or my partner a danger to anyone but at least I was given the information after my review so for that I will say thank you I do want to stress that the primary reason for my negative review was the nonresponsiveness after paying rather than being denied itself and that my messages DID go unanswered until the review was posted Otherwise this is as resolved as it will be but I still would not recommend

This has been such a lifesaver for myself and a number of neighbors on my block on Goat Hill some in houses some in tents I know the largest focus for this is children and it should be but Im so grateful for the assistance to me as well I dont have children but I come from a family with serious mental illness Ive volunteered and helped others since I was 1

This has been such a lifesaver for myself and a number of neighbors on my block on Goat Hill some in houses some in tents I know the largest focus for this is children and it should be but Im so grateful for the assistance to me as well I dont have children but I come from a family with serious mental illness Ive volunteered and helped others since I was 13 years old for 4 decades but rarely get help when I need it o how I appreciate this help with food I work hard to hold down my full time job at St Louis County but it doesnt come close to covering expenses for a person with no support group and mentally ill elderly parents to help My coworkers with multiple income families brag to me about their new vehicles and expensive vacations Im so grateful to have a food drive so I can have groceries and afford to fix my car or visit the doctor when i need it And afford heat and water during the hard months Your grocery giveaway helped me have decent food through the pandemic and the months when my car wasnt working I also get to know the tenters along the trails I hike My neighbor friend helps me get groceries at your food drives for our tent neighbors also the ones who are responsible clean and respectful to us whove just fallen on hard times Some of the tenters are nasty trashy and disrespectful they can take care of themselvesnRespect begets respect For those who are working hard to be good neighbors whether in houses or tents they deserve our support We appreciate your support very much LPCFC and I want you to know we pass it on too Thank you very much

Too strict The manager of the building will not listen to your plee when youre being accused of doing something that is not true They will charge you for whatever goes wrong in the building whether its the garbage recycling changing the light bulb ANYTHING You cant wash your clothes in your own apartment after 1000pm Now i understanding my wifes frustration
