Ive been living at Forest Oak for nearly four months now and I really love it here Actually its my favorite place that Ive ever lived The buildings are modern clean and cared for and the rent is very reasonable especially when considering all of the amenities that are included such as forced heat underground parking elevator garbage chute on each floor fitne 2021-08-12T17:40:52Z
Ive been living at Forest Oak for nearly four months now and I really love it here Actually its my favorite place that Ive ever lived The buildings are modern clean and cared for and the rent is very reasonable especially when considering all of the amenities that are included such as forced heat underground parking elevator garbage chute on each floor fitness room community room extra storage locker and more Additionally each unit has a spacious laundry room with a high efficiency washer and dryer that I find impressive I love of all of the included extras but most of all I love the beautiful setting that Im surrounded bynnThe buildings are nestled into serene wetlands that surround the area with a playground and beautiful large pond behind building one and lush woods at the rear of building two My apartment faces the pond in back and like all other units has a French balcony that Ive grown to appreciate I enjoy leaning over to watch the swan pair egrets ducks geese and other waterfowl birds and animals that live on the pond I never thought Id be a bird person but this area has a calming effect and the nature pulled me right in This just might be one of the reasons why everyone seems so friendly peaceful and quiet around herennThe management company here at Forest Oak Velair has been great and the property manager Jenni is very friendly and attentive to questions and needs They were understanding and compassion to my familys unique situation and willing to give both me and other tenants that Ive met with notsoperfect backgrounds a chance even when other rental properties wouldnt One might think this approach might create a loud community with riffraff but when it comes to this property thats far from the truth This is a wonderful property thats truly special and Im proud to call it my home more ... hide ...

Bad management Lady at front desk was nice and worked hard to help but whoever is running the place took a long time to respond to our application making us wait almost 2 months just to deny us for seemingly no reason or explanation Would not recommend

These new property managers are harassing us residents they can never get good management

I love living here I also am very impressed with onsite mgr She is kind very thoughtful of the residents Goes above beyond for everyone The only complaint I have is the plowing They leave 12 in of snow on the parking lot everytime it snows It also takes too long to plow after it snows They only plow MondayFriday 95 Recently it snowed a bunch on a Thursday 2019-03-15T16:23:52Z
