I just renewed my third lease with Lakeville Pointe It is a fabulous place to live Everyday I walk into my apartment and say I love my apartment The building is quiet management has been stellar whenever I have an issue the new maintenance guy is on top of things and very helpful and the facility has the amenities that I need There is a washer and dryer in every unit underground heated parking with a good sized storage cage above it a workout room with great equipment and a nice community room My stay here has been very positive And the fact that Cub and Culvers are within 2 blocks of me and Target is 5 minutes away couldnt ask for a better location

Good homes and neighbors but very poor inspecting some things where not finished in the homes but pretty good peoce for a 2 story Also only complaint I have Is that spectrum wifi only works for these homes
