Rightly said by another reviewer this is the new ghetto Do not be fooled by the photos Property management changes frequently Same with managers and maintenance Frequent conflicting instruction on how to pay rent parking trash handling You never know which number to call for maintenance emergencies managers as they change so frequently When it isnt winter there is trash and trash cans all over the place Quite embarrassing when you have to get visitors Management is like a phantom You know theres a manager but you can never find them or call them The office hours arent followed as posted Theres a high turnover of tenants So many issues with this place and management All they care about is the rent they collect I could go on and on

I live in Hickory Ridge Town homes and if you dont live there you cant really say to much Yes they called themselves remodeling but looks can be deceiving Everything is the same They just put paint on it and called it fix We need real professional not amateur out here The place still need work in the inside and out We have electrical problems Lights always

I live in Hickory Ridge Town homes and if you dont live there you cant really say to much Yes they called themselves remodeling but looks can be deceiving Everything is the same They just put paint on it and called it fix We need real professional not amateur out here The place still need work in the inside and out We have electrical problems Lights always burning out Materials used to restore the sinks was basically plastic Bathroom and closets always smell like the sewage I believe its because the water dont have anywhere to go on the outside because its not level which back up in the water system which cause the house to always smell like sewage If something goes wrong it takes forever for them to work on maintenance work Management is never really on site When they show up it be random days and they hide from their tenants I think we can do much better Management also do things wrong and tenants be blame for it when it comes to cheating us out of money Im just saying they always want they money But when they owe you due to their mistakes they dont want to pay you When they called themselves remodeling they should have move everyone out and knock down everything and rebuild The Garage should have been knock down its a safety hazard You cant see your kids out playing The garages could have been put in the way

The menagement doen t work properly Charge residents for not existing things If something broke the residents have to wait two three weeks till it is fixed or fix it by themselve They are not willing to return depasit Very rude
