If I could give zero stars I would While living here I experienced awful drugaddicted neighbors who tried breaking into my apartment on multiple occasions The rent drop box was even broken into and my rent check was stolen and cashed which management still held me responsible for I was afraid to sleep in my own home at night My view of the city was nice othe 2018-04-23T02:47:04Z

The Adams Apartments are alright the people who live in the buildings seem to be real cool for the most part easy to get along with friendly once you get to know them and in my own experience everyone is respectful of everyone elses personal space The location is great surrounding neighbors in the immediate area are average for what one could expect in the downtown area a wide variety If your wondering why only 4 stars well to be honest its got everything to do how the grounds are kept in regard to landscaping in front comparing it to its surrounding neighbors well its pretty shabby to be honest with you they just dont seem to do ANY landscaping and the trash area if gross it stinks bad almost e writing I have to walk in the doors there because the dumpster are literally just outside the back door and honestly they stink and are over flowing for about 4 or 5 of the 7 days in a week Oh and beware of the aromas coming from the basement hallways or try to avoid them all together if you cam Other than those couple things the place is great and Ive honestly only seen what has to be about the smallest unit they offer so maybe their bigger units are nicer That being said I will try to remember to upload some photos later Until then go check out their website for more info they are very worth checking out for yourself Oh and if you found this honest review helpful then do t forget to show me by hitting that thumbs up button please then enjoy your day Cheers more ... hide ...
