I use to live here It was the best apartment I have ever had Great location and excellent management Wish I still lived there Not a lot of ameneties but made for a very simple easy to clean living space so you could focus more on living life rather than having to maintain your living space

I was scheduled to move into this unit I completed my application with Curtis during the initial application process I provided him with my deposit to secure the home that I wanted A week went by and I still had not heard anything from him regarding my application status I left over 9 voice messages for him to return my call for a app status check After abou 2018-05-06T05:57:16Z
I was scheduled to move into this unit I completed my application with Curtis during the initial application process I provided him with my deposit to secure the home that I wanted A week went by and I still had not heard anything from him regarding my application status I left over 9 voice messages for him to return my call for a app status check After about 2 wks I was finally able to get a status update due to me calling him I asked to see the unit he stated the it would need to be painted and new carpet placed and that he would give me a call the following Monday to schedule a showingnnMonday came around no call email or voice message When I finally spoke with him after another 5 voice messages he still did not schedule a showing He was able to provide me an address to the unit I would be rentingnnLong story short this process took 30 days Curtis is the most unprofessional person that I have ever dealt with He dont answer calls or respond to voice messagesnnIt took for me to call the corporate location in Pittsburgh to request withdrawal of my application and deposit back before I received 1 single call from himnnI WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND AVOIDING THIS PROPERTY DUE TO THE FACT IF YOUR DEALING WITH THIS PRIOR TO BEING A TENANT I CAN ONLY IMAGE WHAT YOU WILL DEAL WITH ONCE YOU SIGN A LEASE more ... hide ...

East Village Apartments has so touched my heart The head office manager took the time out of her busy day to show me around the property herself Initially I was a little nervous about applying because I am shy The minute I walked in the door I immediately felt wanted and valued as a person Thanks to the excellent greetings and attentiveness my spirit was lifted and my heart warmed From the moment I walked into the facility I knew I mattered to the staff and they wanted to make sure I was comfortable with every step of the process The wonderful beverage area located in the propertys community room allowed me to enjoy a cup of hot lemon tea It was a chilly day so the tea came just in time Im sure I asked site manager Christina Zimmerman a thousand and one questions during my appointment even repeating some of the same questions by mistake Christina never got frustrated or impatient she didnt even show signs of being bothered by me once It was a pleasure to speak with her and I felt welcomed and valued by her as well as AEON I had all the time I needed to feel comfortable with my decision to apply to this wonderful community of apartments and townhomes At no point did she act like there was somewhere else she wanted to be Other office staff members were also very friendly and accommodating That office provided a level of comfort I rarely see in large housing management companies East Village staff are very professional As much as I was interested in getting more information and a tour of the grounds before applying I appreciated not feeling persuaded to apply AEON housing staff gave me the time I needed because everyone matters at AEON housing Additionally I was given an awesome water bottle filled with treats as a thank you gift for stopping by to inquire about East Village Apartments The office staff informed me those new applicants and those who inquired about possibly living in the community were being given a small token of AEON and East Villages employee appreciation for future interest in the community In closing I would like to point out that a lot of management companies have people behind the desk that manage the properties but its unusual to see an office so invested in ensuring that all applicants know they are valued and matter to the company Taking the place of the regular leasing agent on vacation the actual office manager stepped out from behind her desk Christine did this without even thinking twice Thank you East Village Staff for making me feel like you value me and not just my applicationnnFuture AEON ResidentnGeorgia more ... hide ...

Over all I am very happy with Creamette Historic Lofts The space is the right size for me I have nothing but positive marks for both the site management and maintenance personnel The location is absolutely perfect for my lifestyle and I have no plans to move for the foreseeable future There are some downsides however I will say that I find the guest parking 2021-12-12T18:48:38Z
Over all I am very happy with Creamette Historic Lofts The space is the right size for me I have nothing but positive marks for both the site management and maintenance personnel The location is absolutely perfect for my lifestyle and I have no plans to move for the foreseeable future There are some downsides however I will say that I find the guest parking situation very cumbersome and not conducive to a normal balanced social life I would also like to see the reserved parking signs made much larger and the towing policy enforced much more aggressively I have found cars parked in my assigned space much too often If there are any other negative marks to be noted they mostly fall under the category of general community issues The building has become a little bit noisier than during my first year especially during quiet hours and then mostly on the weekends Some residents dont return carts to the appropriate place in the garage or leave them in strange places which is inconsiderate of all other residents I have also had issues with one of my neighbors taking it upon himself to take my packages from the mail delivery area and place them at my door This is a concern for any number of reasons Again all in all I am more ... hide ...
