as a person that has lived here for a year and a half i regret signing up for here the workers are so rude and dont have any respect for the people they also dont explain anything clearly when you ask for your monthly rent they wont give you an exact amount you need to pay they also wont give you a paper with your rent amount on They dont answer the phone until you call over and over again If you call for help they wont answer as well this one time where our shower roof was broken we called so many times and they kept saying theyll come and they came in 5 months the facts that there were animals coming out it was scary i recommend no one to ever come here youll regret it Also this one time the heater wasnt working and i have a 8 months old baby and it was freezing in the house my baby almost caught cold PLEASE DONT EVER SIGN UP FOR THIS APPOINTMENT more ... hide ...

The management at Olson Towne Homes sucks Theyre rude and prejudice If you plan on living there I suggest you know your renters rights because they will try to inforce rules on you that they just made up They never answer the phone and dont bother showing up in person to speak to the landlord because shes always on her lunch break or too busy to speak to you 2017-05-30T17:09:18Z
