This place has gone downhill over the last 5 years I have been in the elevator with an obvious odor of urine that has lasted for weeks and not been cleaned up Management has also severely reduced services for elderly residents which used to be performed by their maintenance staff Biggest perk is that they provide a way to get Russian language television
