This is a quiet building with character of exposed brick walls Ive enjoyed living here for its views as well as proximity to the river trails northeast north loop and downtown You hardly need a car as you can walk or bike just about anywherennThe maintenance and management have largely been responsive and helpful which is a big plus and the building is always clean and well keptnnThe only downside is that for the rent there are relatively few amenities beyond indoor parking if you can get a spot some in unit washerdryers and a small workout room in the cremette building which is nice
