Ive previously lived at these apartments for 3 years and had a great experience Recently I was thinking of living here again I had been trying to get in contact with the office four days straight regarding an apartment I was interested in I called during business hours daily left a voicemail signed up for text notifications and attempted to schedule a tour and never heard back I then decided to try my luck at visiting the office in person Turns out the hours posted on here are completely different than hours posted at the office They were closed So I showed up at the office again today hoping that I would finally be able to get in contact with the leasing office I shouldnt have ignored the red flags but this time I was finally able to speak with someone at the office I began the conversation with the interest I had in a few specific apartments and instantly the lady acted like she didnt know what I was talking about I then showed her the screenshots of the floor plans from the website that are available for move in and she then said that the website is completely wrong and it cannot ever be updated Without asking me any questions about my qualifications she instantly told me that I did not qualify and that the apartments were not available After she told me that I did not qualify she told me that there is an income requirement Weird that she assumed that I did not qualify before she knew my income Overall the communication was very degrading and it was such a waste of time This is the worst experience Ive had by far This new management is super unprofessional and the entire process seemed that they were pushing away potential residents rather than welcoming new ones These apartments have gone completely downhill And after this experience I am happy that I didnt sign a lease and live here again
