The Chase at Nine Mile Creek is really a great place to live Its less than 2 years old so everything is new Granite counter tops new stainless steel appliances tripledoor french style refrigerator Its built really well so you rarely hear your neighbors through the walls plus everyone is really quiet for the most part Nothing bad to say about this property its probably one of the nicest and cleanest apartments Ive ever lived innnTwo of the best features are the free underground parking one car for free and free internet included in your rent Anyone whos endured a MN winter knows the struggle is real when it comings to shoveling scraping windows and just dealing with the wind and elements To be able to walk into a yearround climatecontrolled garage and get into a warm dry car is invaluablennAnd the internet is super fast like 90Mbs down and its very reliable I think it was only down once for a couple hours in the yearanda half I Iived herennThe office staff and maintenance team are also nice and really friendly and maintenance is super prompt at dealing with any issues which I doubt you will have Everything just works So you definitely GET what you pay fornnThe only thing I didnt like is theres only 1 elevator and this is really minor but the rangestove is gas and since the range its new pretty much anytime you cook theres a good chance your smoke alarm is going to go off Believe me if theres ever a fire in your apartment youll know Plus the fire department is literally across the street Its actually kind of funny because it happens to everyone and eventually you get used it like the sound of a car alarm going off at a shopping center so its not a big dealnnLike I said the apartment units are very nice and the view right next to a nature preserve is beautiful If you live on the side facing the trees you might hear the train maybe once a day its really not bad and probably some animals howling but it beats listening to heavy traffic which is certainly not an issue here This place is nestled along Rowland Road which is a couple minutes from Hwy 62 494 and Hwy 7 so you have easy access to the major highways Theres also a nice bike path about 14 mile away that you can walk or cycle all the way to downtown Minneapolis If you live here youll need a car because theres nothing for shopping or food within a mile Closest places to eatshop are Eden Prairie HopkinsMinnetonka and St Louis ParknnOverall I give this place 55 I always enjoyed coming home to a nice clean and quiet apartment that wasnt depressing Thanks for making my stay here very pleasant Im only moving out to live somewhere warmer So if you can afford it rent here You wont be disappointed

Recently moved out due to some life changes Had a great experience living here for 15 yearsnnThis place has the best staff Kathy and Elliot are so genuine and professional I cannot say enough good things about them The building itself is very new appliances counters floors etc have seen very little use so thats nice Maintenance is reliable and tackles any odd job that comes up Theres an on site caretaker who also works very hard I would frequently see him taking care of sidewalks surfaces and common areas upholding this communities amazing standards A friendly cleaning team I dont know their company name but they deserve a shout out and 5 star review is in there daily who keeps the place spotless Year round there is a landscaping team also dont know their company name but they also deserve a shout out and 5 star review who always sprinkle gorgeous foliageflower displays around the community Community space is great views are great you can rent bikes and go for a bike ride for the day Never had any serious issue with noise with neighbors My window looked out over the busy interstate so you would hear that but it was like a nice white noise so it didnt bother mennNo place is perfect and I dont claim this place to be but the way this staff interacts with you to hear you and strive to make your situation better that is something you rarely find and will get here To any Overlook staff or Steven Scott Property people reading this seriously great job Please celebrate this team they deserve it Thank you for the best rental experience I have ever had

Hunters Ridge has been a great place to live I have been here for two years and have not had any issues that other people have mentioned in the past I have always had any issues in apartment resolved within 24 hours There is great little play area in the back that my children love as well as grills and picnic tables for entertaining I would highly suggest th
