This was a good place to live until new management took over The new management is a JOKE We had our heat go out several times and they just kept telling us to wait until it kicks in again I had to literally beg and beg for them to get someone to fix it because we had a newborn baby We were allowed to have a dog and cat and then all of a sudden we were told

This was a good place to live until new management took over The new management is a JOKE We had our heat go out several times and they just kept telling us to wait until it kicks in again I had to literally beg and beg for them to get someone to fix it because we had a newborn baby We were allowed to have a dog and cat and then all of a sudden we were told we can only have one pet with a doctors note and we had a week We had to hurry to find a home for our cat luckily I had family who could take her and I had to get a note for my dog I gave the note to Carol manager and told her I need it back because that has personal medical info on it She told me she doesnt have it so who knows where my medical info is floating around She also left a note on our door with profanity People let their animals run around the Townhomes like it was a farm and nothing was done about it Other dogs would poop in our yard and then we were accused of never picking it up Whoever it snowed it took forever for the plow to come and they always did a terrible job because they hired the cheapest service in town Carol always asked the renters to shovel the sidewalks for her I could go on and on We knew we had to get out as soon as our lease was up It was the best decision we ever made and I am so happy to be out of that hell hole

I have been living here with my son since February and I am BEYOND impressed not only with the staff and management but also with the condition and cleanliness of the whole complex Theres NO bugs at all and no smokey or mildew smell at allThis place definitely raises the bar as far as incomebased housing all yall other places better step up your game
