Currently renting sadly moving soon It quiet and you dont have to deal with drama and its a safe neighborhood Wish the driveway could get fixed but i mentioned and they came and filled most still in progress Communication is great and neighbors respectful and friendly Landlord is nice welcoming and helpful when it comes to needing repairs It is a bit cold in

We are being told that management will tow are cars if our tabs are not up to date Did not realize they can dictate that since they are not paying my bills Still waiting on my bedroom carpets to be cleaned since the burst of pipes and now mold in room and living area Dont have time to fix that but can tow are carsnnEdit So I wanted to stop by and edit my rev

I just moved out of Rochester to Chicago and I absolutely loved my experience at Flats on Fourth First the property manager Lucas was very quick to respond whenever I had a question or concern which rarely happened He was very friendly and cared about the satisfaction of all the residents Second the location was ideal I work at Mayo and it was super convenie

I just moved out of Rochester to Chicago and I absolutely loved my experience at Flats on Fourth First the property manager Lucas was very quick to respond whenever I had a question or concern which rarely happened He was very friendly and cared about the satisfaction of all the residents Second the location was ideal I work at Mayo and it was super convenient to be walking distance from work Specifically in the winter the government building across the street had a skywalk Along with this it was walking distance from restaurants and walkingrunning trails Third the complex had great amenities There is a clubroomrooftop which had a pretty view of the Rochester skyline and also was super convenient to throw parties when you wanted to invite guests over In addition there is a gym that has the essentials you may need also was never busy Fourth the building was always super clean and the apartment had new inunit appliances including an inunit washer dryer Fifth the garage parking was amazing as I never had to worry about cleaning my car from the snow Overall I truly enjoyed my experience at Flats and if I stayed in Rochester I wouldve extended my lease longer Thank you Lucas
