Needed help with my family getting into Housing but cant seem to get a hold of anybody its like nobody is even there

Currently renting sadly moving soon It quiet and you dont have to deal with drama and its a safe neighborhood Wish the driveway could get fixed but i mentioned and they came and filled most still in progress Communication is great and neighbors respectful and friendly Landlord is nice welcoming and helpful when it comes to needing repairs It is a bit cold in 2019-09-01T21:28:15Z

We are being told that management will tow are cars if our tabs are not up to date Did not realize they can dictate that since they are not paying my bills Still waiting on my bedroom carpets to be cleaned since the burst of pipes and now mold in room and living area Dont have time to fix that but can tow are carsnnEdit So I wanted to stop by and edit my rev 2022-02-25T06:37:59Z

I just moved out of Rochester to Chicago and I absolutely loved my experience at Flats on Fourth First the property manager Lucas was very quick to respond whenever I had a question or concern which rarely happened He was very friendly and cared about the satisfaction of all the residents Second the location was ideal I work at Mayo and it was super convenie 2022-10-01T15:13:11Z
I just moved out of Rochester to Chicago and I absolutely loved my experience at Flats on Fourth First the property manager Lucas was very quick to respond whenever I had a question or concern which rarely happened He was very friendly and cared about the satisfaction of all the residents Second the location was ideal I work at Mayo and it was super convenient to be walking distance from work Specifically in the winter the government building across the street had a skywalk Along with this it was walking distance from restaurants and walkingrunning trails Third the complex had great amenities There is a clubroomrooftop which had a pretty view of the Rochester skyline and also was super convenient to throw parties when you wanted to invite guests over In addition there is a gym that has the essentials you may need also was never busy Fourth the building was always super clean and the apartment had new inunit appliances including an inunit washer dryer Fifth the garage parking was amazing as I never had to worry about cleaning my car from the snow Overall I truly enjoyed my experience at Flats and if I stayed in Rochester I wouldve extended my lease longer Thank you Lucas more ... hide ...

I moved into my 1st Avenue Flats apartment on August 1 2020 Although my time here has been short it has been an incredibly great experience The management staff has been awesome never missing a beat to fulfill any of my requests I love trains so I am so very pleased in that my apartment faces east and south right over the railroad tracks You can practically set your clock based upon the arrival of the 200 AM train that train makes plenty of big noise but I dont care I look forward to its arrival and I have been taking many photos I recently turned 75 in a lifetime of apartment living I have never experienced anything so grand as my time spent at 1st Avenue Flats more ... hide ...

Ive lived in these apartments for almost 8 years now and it has gotten worst over time So Ive seen the good and the bad When I initially moved it it was great the property manager was very kind and the property was well taken care of Throughout the years there have been a high turn around with staffing We would constantly get new maintenance workers and the 2019-05-13T19:12:11Z
Ive lived in these apartments for almost 8 years now and it has gotten worst over time So Ive seen the good and the bad When I initially moved it it was great the property manager was very kind and the property was well taken care of Throughout the years there have been a high turn around with staffing We would constantly get new maintenance workers and the property went through 45 property managers to date they only last for a few months at a time Our current property manager John is very difficult to work with He never returns phone callsemails he doesnt know what hes doing It gets frustrating in the winter because half of the sidewalks would be shoveled and the other half would be piled with snow The apartments grounds are not well kept theres always trash littered on the inside and outside of the buildings especially in the elevators and stairwells Theres been graffiti on the walls vandalism theft cops being called so on Since this is a section 8 property theres multiple family living in one unit so kids are consistently unsupervised running and yelling through the halls and since the walls and floors are so thin you can hear doors slamming and yelling all around Its become a zoo with people that dont even live at these apartments going in and out I do no feel safe walking out side at night because theres always suspicion looking individuals lurking around I would not recommend this property to anyone more ... hide ...
