HBG the management company of this property does not care about their residents They make decisions that directly effect their residents without notifying us Maintenance requests often take over a month to be responded to no matter the urgency Security is an issue there have been frequent breakins stolen packages windows smashed on cars They are unwilling to

HBG the management company of this property does not care about their residents They make decisions that directly effect their residents without notifying us Maintenance requests often take over a month to be responded to no matter the urgency Security is an issue there have been frequent breakins stolen packages windows smashed on cars They are unwilling to address any sort of resident complaint beyond a brief email response acknowledging the issue Their corporate office is also unresponsive when you attempt to contact them It does seem however that the property manager responds to these Google reviews likely as a last ditch effort to save face to get their empty units filled I have lived in several apartments before this one and I have never experienced such inattentive management as I have at this location I cannot wait for my lease to be over
