Awesome place to live This petfriendly new construction building is located just a few blocks from the St Paul Farmers market Mears park CHS field and the Xcel CenternnSibley Park Apartments are the most affordable building in downtown St Paul and the units are in AMAZING condition They have updated carpet and appliances theyre spacious and everything is new no dirty windows creeky floor boards offkilter cabinets etc I also never had any noise issuesnnThe apartment complex also has convenient underground parking in addition to a gym party room shared laundry room and package concierge service The breakfast place under the building and other nearby restaurants are also FANTASTICnnThe property management company has changed recently and the new staff are SO NICE and take care of concerns promptly The community in general is also very nice Other tenants always ask what floor youre going to in the elevator and tell you to have a nice day I highly recommend

Dont ever think of moving in any of these apt I only gave one star because there was no option for no star I have lived there for 5 years and the only reason why i continue staying there is because I wanted to finish school before moving out but it has been a very bad experience living in that apt with such a noisy and clueless managers All she do is yelling

Dont ever think of moving in any of these apt I only gave one star because there was no option for no star I have lived there for 5 years and the only reason why i continue staying there is because I wanted to finish school before moving out but it has been a very bad experience living in that apt with such a noisy and clueless managers All she do is yelling at people and complaining for no appearance reason You cannot do anything there even parking your car in a garage which you are paying for is a problem They dont even take care of the apt at all All they did was agreeing on things that they never do They are manipulators scammers and liars If you move to this apt you and anyone that ever come to visit you will regret it The stupid old lady take bribes from people just to allow them to do what tenant gotta do She may look very old but she was born to be a criminal and a liar that is probably why the apt keep her as a manager No security no cameras on the outside my car got broken into more than six times 3 different cars and one of the car was even inside my garage and garage was locked My mails got stolen because the mail box is weak and sometime the mail box door dont even close They dont know anything other than yelling at people for what they do as tenant Move there at your own risk

This is by far the worst place on the east side to rent from I rented here for three years on the first floor I had traveled across country and lost my keys when I brought it up to management I was charged a flat 100 to receive a new set of keys no documentation as to how much each key would cost I paid it well I had to Mice were everywhere all year round Pe

This is by far the worst place on the east side to rent from I rented here for three years on the first floor I had traveled across country and lost my keys when I brought it up to management I was charged a flat 100 to receive a new set of keys no documentation as to how much each key would cost I paid it well I had to Mice were everywhere all year round People brought roaches into the building I contacted management and they did next to nothing to accommodate the pests There is a lot of criminal activity people being shot to death right in the entry way of getting into the complexes They gave out bogus charges without a noticesent it straight to collections with no paperwork detailing any damages or clean up Horrible place to rent from I recommend to look for somewhere else to rent from I would give this a negative rating if possible But 1 star is all I can give
