I lived here for 2 years moved out on January 3rd 2021 Never gave them a hard time always paid rent on time And when I moved out never heard anything about my deposit I called and called to ask about it and no one seem to answer me After 2 months they finally answered and told me their gonna work on my deposit Today I received my deposit of 234 I gave 900

I lived here for 2 years moved out on January 3rd 2021 Never gave them a hard time always paid rent on time And when I moved out never heard anything about my deposit I called and called to ask about it and no one seem to answer me After 2 months they finally answered and told me their gonna work on my deposit Today I received my deposit of 234 I gave 900 when I moved in The apartment was not painted The carpet was old and we didnt want to deal with it so we just Left it like that I cant believe how they are I have videos of how clean I left the apartment when I moved out I did a walk through the apartment with somebody and they were in surprise of how great we left it And for what So that we will get not even half of what we paid I would never recommend this place After this experience I will still fight for this because what they wrote down for what they use the money for doesnt make sense You guys need better staffing

The best apartment Ive ever lived in Ive been living here for six months and I have pretty much no complaints Being so close to the lightrail is a win and a loss extremely useful if you take it but having the stop be the view outside of your window can make you see some sights There are no noise issues with the train being so close to the apartment probably

The best apartment Ive ever lived in Ive been living here for six months and I have pretty much no complaints Being so close to the lightrail is a win and a loss extremely useful if you take it but having the stop be the view outside of your window can make you see some sights There are no noise issues with the train being so close to the apartment probably because it is electric The management is great especially Rachel who is extremely nice and will make an effort to get to know you The maintenance guys are phenomenal As long as you dont file it at the end of the day your service request will likely be resolved on the same day you filed it Rent is pretty expensive especially when combined with utilities you will pay for internet and power independently with Xcel or Xfinity instead of a bundled monthly fee but most places are quite expensive so I dont even know if thats something you can complain about anymore The carpets and floors are cleaned at least three times a week even in the winter they dont get nasty from the salt from peoples shoes I seriously recommend this apartment for fellow students as well once you get on the lightrail its only about a 10 minute ride to the U of Ms campus Many people who live here are very nice and will say hello to you as you walk by It does feel like a community The gym is quite nice too Equipment is mostly cardio stuff but I imagine that is standard for apartment gymsnnPros Excellent management services requests almost always fixed in the same day amenities sense of communitynnCons Location not a lot nearby price
