Rented here for four years Building itself should be enough to scare you away but heres what I experienced from management and staff over the course of my stay I note that staff changed again near the end of my stay and my review is only reflective of staff I encountered during my time as a renternn1 No responses when leaving voicemail or sending messagesn2

Rented here for four years Building itself should be enough to scare you away but heres what I experienced from management and staff over the course of my stay I note that staff changed again near the end of my stay and my review is only reflective of staff I encountered during my time as a renternn1 No responses when leaving voicemail or sending messagesn2 No responses after weeks of trying to get someone to resign your leasen3 No responses after weeks of trying to communicate that your fridge is brokenn4 Less than a days notice for anything Inspections rent increases etcn5 False accusations of late fees and failure to provide a ledger when askedn6 Damaged property from maintenance workersn7 Constant office closures with no notification to residentsnnAnd the list goes onnnKeep in mind this review doesnt even touch on the heroin overdoses in the elevators constant theft and storage locker breakins unsafe location etcnnCheap rent isnt even a reason to live here anymore as prices have been jacked up with no added benefits to residents I recommend looking elsewhere or consider moving in with a relative or close friend

Gorgeous location when taking a tour Hayden one of their staff showed their attention to detail amd service by responding to residents by their first name asking if he could help with their packages I was also pleasantly surprised as we took our tour of this location he noticed something out of place and fixed it immediately or took note of it The kitchens

Gorgeous location when taking a tour Hayden one of their staff showed their attention to detail amd service by responding to residents by their first name asking if he could help with their packages I was also pleasantly surprised as we took our tour of this location he noticed something out of place and fixed it immediately or took note of it The kitchens are gorgeous with their deep wood cabinets and granite counters and the common areas are styled tastefully with a luxury feel Only downside is that there can be a lot of walking around the building as it is U shaped there are elevators on both sides though

Been living here for over 6 years now and Ive enjoyed every day of it The apartments are spacious and you get a heated garage Also Romayne is always on top of things that needs to be done She is always working hard to make sure everything is good in the building Keep up the good work
