There have been many instances so far this winter involving people trespassing on the property People are hiding in the stairwells some in plain sight Many act suspicious and appear to be under the influence of something When asked if they live here they do not Some do not know anyone that does Many claim to be trying to reach a tenant on their phone but are never near anyone that does live here Some leave when asked by residents and staff but return often Ive witnessed these people get verbally aggressive when confronted The police have been called on several times that I know of Suggestions have been made to lock the doors 247 instead of the only 12 hours Suggestions have also been made to post signs indicating that this is private property or that there are numerous security cameras in and around the building The tenants are supposed to be responsible for their visitors This is not happening Mostly elderly and disabled people live in this building I am afraid that someone is going to get hurt by these people The staff is nice when confronted about this situation However nothing is being done This is not always a safe environment I cant imagine that anyone else in Winona would be comfortable with these people anywhere near their property more ... hide ...

Have lived here a few months and it is a truly gorgeous apt spacious huge windows that cover about 23 horizontal wall space and from about 3 above the floor to the spectacular 14 ceilings This in LR both BRs The kitchen is large with many cabinets a great layout There are ceiling fans in the LR both BRs I know they cut my AC central costs considerably L 2017-10-08T02:00:52Z
Have lived here a few months and it is a truly gorgeous apt spacious huge windows that cover about 23 horizontal wall space and from about 3 above the floor to the spectacular 14 ceilings This in LR both BRs The kitchen is large with many cabinets a great layout There are ceiling fans in the LR both BRs I know they cut my AC central costs considerably Lots of closets Large BA Elegant Art Deco High School Bldg renovated in keeping the 1925 origins historically accurate some Apts have the original painted on Principals Office Nurses Office etc above the entry doors Im lucky to face NE on the courtyard which is prettily landscaped The party room is HUGE partial kitchen 12 BA lots of tables chairs French doors opening onto the courtyard fireplace wTV above and recently new couches chairs Lovely Maintenance Manger respond very quickly to requests and everything is extremely well kept clean Wish there were garages but there is more than adequate parking No students no rowdy parties neighbors keep to themselves I think this is the best kept secret in Winona I do prefer the HS bldg to the Jr HS seems a bit more elegant though Apts in the Jr HS have unique exposed brick some nifty layouts also a courtyard there and an openconcept recreation room more ... hide ...

Now called Bluff View Flats Mostly renovated and nice New appliances carpet 100 washer and dryer Best of all is the Manager David Fischer super helpful man
