The place is horrible I was living in Bayview Place quite a while ago On Braun Street I had no problems or complaints but when I refuse to be a SNITCH thats when my problems got worst Living in BHA growing up I was labeled a THUG by housing security because of who I associated with I moved from Moss Point to Biloxi I knew nothing about public housing because I was a child Anyway I ended up getting section 8 and the housing property manager Sharon Ray told me I would have to move out my unit on Braun Street and moved me around the corner to Splendor Street That didnt sit right with me considering the fact my neighbor had section 8 and wasnt told to move or anything Moving on Splendor Street the police constantly sat and watched my house as if they were told to I cut off contact with neighbors and friends because I received complaints about things that I couldnt have done because I spent weeks at a time at my mom house and cousin house My visitor gets me evicted and he barred from the property by housing security Monty Livingston The same visitor was allowed to stay with another tenant and was seen at this tenant house but no actions or consequences were ever taken against him for trespassing on the property nor the tenant never got in trouble for him being there The same housing security guard or whatever you want to call him harassed me as a teenager and as an adult There is no need to file a complaint because no one will ever respond to it Sharon Ray will lie and not stand her word of anything she says Ive been called out my name several times by housing security but they dont care Im nothing but the low life trash that live off the government let Me Livingston tell it He will degrade you and talk to you like trash more ... hide ...

The previous reviews are 100 accurate We found the listing on one of the find a rental sites We did further research on timber creeks website became very interested Saw NOTHING about income restrictions submitted the 30 application fee received a email later that day saying it was approved I began calling the very next day no answer The next day came and went with messages left more phone calls placed and still no response Fast forward to later in the week I sent my husband in person to check on the situation while I was at work on Wednesday he was told by maintenance that the manager was on a conference call and to just try calling the office himself Thursday came and promptly at 830 am I started calling again leaving messages and even emailing NOTHING was responded to I left work early that day and went in person Spoon arrival at the office There was a note on the door that said out on the property I took a seat on the porch and waited The maintenance man came by a total of 3 times each time reassuring me that she was inside on a conference call after a hour of sitting and waiting and hearing her inside I went to my car and got a piece of paper and pen to leave a note At that point someone else was walking up to the door and I had told him how Ive been waiting for a hour and how she was on the phone As we are walking to the door she opens it and welcomed us inside This manager proceeds to tell me that I make too much money to live there and how she is very aware of the reviews posted about her Extremely defensive and rude After everything even if I was accepted to live in Timber Creek I wouldnt and I would never recommend anyone else to do so unless it was under new management I had a little boy stop by the office and explain to me his problem about a garage door problem that has gone unattended to for over 3 weeks Watched multiple people try and go into the office all while the manager sat inside Under new management and a new contact system and even a website update and possibly multiple people working the office this place could possibly be a more comfortable welcoming happier environment Now Im out 30 4 points to my credit report and a extremely bad taste for Timber Creek Estates more ... hide ...

The sinks there always leak Water from the other apartment on top of mine leaked and somehow wet up my hallway My bathroom sink was leaking as well as my kitchen sink The neighbors across on the other side of had their music up loud everyday It was so loud that I could hear it in my room then when I would go to my bathroom you hear it even louder The folks a 2021-04-29T21:13:22Z
The sinks there always leak Water from the other apartment on top of mine leaked and somehow wet up my hallway My bathroom sink was leaking as well as my kitchen sink The neighbors across on the other side of had their music up loud everyday It was so loud that I could hear it in my room then when I would go to my bathroom you hear it even louder The folks above me stayed keeping up noise running and throwing stuff down above my head They busted my car windows out as they were cutting grass while I was out of town visiting with my family They came back and replaced the windows but did NOT clean the glass up from inside my car neither did they clean up the shattered glass that was all over the ground where I parked When you move out they will make up a reason not to give you your deposit back no matter how hard you clean it more ... hide ...
