Sarah is extremely helpful and goes above and beyond to help Im really happy to reside herenUpdate Ijust want to warn every one about renting an apartment from Bayou Landing apartments in GulfportnWe were pretty excited to be renting a really well remodeled apartment for a short 6 month time period Well all that became a NIGHTMARE our neighbors were FILTHY and when they moved they left 6 boxes of roting meat in their apartment with the ac off The smell was so bad you wanted to vomit It took 2 weeks of pestering pleading and finally threatening to call the fire department to investigate the smell before they did ANYTHING about it Finally they cleaned it out but power washed MAGGOTS into my apartment And didnt put a weather strip on our door So THOUSANDS of MAGGOTS crawled into my home I had to move ALL my furniture and sanitize everything Well a week later I came home from work to HUNDREDS of Flys I looked into the window of the other apartment and there are literally 10000 plus Flys blacking out the windows I have been calling everyday for a solid WEEK and they have done NOTHING Ive had to kill and trap hundreds of Flys EVERY DAY If I had the energy to move again I would break my lease and leave The apartment manager literally told me they are handling more urgent emergency issues and thats why they cant come out Oh im sorry is living with HUNDREDS OF FLYS NOT AN EMERGENCYnnSo do not move here at all Horrible maintenance horrible management more ... hide ...

Yes the rent is cheap but it is not worth it They have gone through a ridiculous amount of management in the year my family and I have lived here We also had a man harass us come into our apartment on two occasions There are gunshots basically every day This is not a safe area for a family Maintenance do not know what they are doing Have been dealing with el 2017-12-28T00:54:42Z

I love living at this this complex The employees make it easySanderson Village is a pleasant place to live for working families and senior citizensnnWith nearly a year under her belt Property Manager Tammie has dealt with Tennants that caused distress to their neighborsnnTammie made life better also by hiring a really knowledgeable and professional maintenance worker who tackled the outstanding maintenance need on the property Initially it was necessary for him to maintain the complete property as the lone maintenance department His duties included lawn care house keeping for 4two story buildings plumbing heatair as well as other general maintenance tasks that surfaced from daytoday HES REALLY OVER WORKED SO I RECOMMEND THE OWNERS FUND A SECOND EMPLOYEE FOR HOUSEKEEPING DUTIESnnOn that note I suggest the new hire to be the new tenant who is currently volunteering to keep the common area clean and sanitized Hes a keeper more ... hide ...

I lived here for almost a year in the 2bd 1bath only reason I moved is for bigger space and my kid is getting older The apartment is nice only thing I didnt like is the small bathroom lol love the fact of the upstairs having their own space neighbors was awesome nice we all were like family I wouldve stayed longer if it was much bigger

Emerald Pine Apartments is horrible place to live More violence Happens in this apartment complex people are run down and killed by gunfire all while the children are outside playing The grounds doesnt look anything like those pictures online Trash everywhere when it rain some parts of the parking lot floods Very dangerous place to live
