Horrible management Dont move here Unprofessional landlord and maintenance man They are husband and wife If you have a complaint they will stick together and go against you If you ask for the corporate number they will refuse to provide it to you Mildew and mold is in the apartments The landlord will make every excuse as to why it is in there No surveillance 2019-03-04T10:34:40Z
Horrible management Dont move here Unprofessional landlord and maintenance man They are husband and wife If you have a complaint they will stick together and go against you If you ask for the corporate number they will refuse to provide it to you Mildew and mold is in the apartments The landlord will make every excuse as to why it is in there No surveillance cameras besides by the dumpster and office So be careful The management will just walk in your home with their key without notice No playground for kids The landlord doesnt want the children to play outside at all She will run your kids inside if she notice they are out The pool is mostly closed If trash is by your vehicle they will fine you even if its not yours The landlord is very messy and childish Youll be better off staying in a shelter or the projects than living here Several tenants have complained about the management and mildew issue If you do decide to live here good luck and get ready to bleach clean the mildew in the Winter months Management will request that you run your air in the Winter instead of your heat or keep your ceiling vans going to keep the mildew away Three Rivers Landing apartments are right down the road and they are awesome Good luck more ... hide ...

The management does the best that they can to help you get a home here for your family This is mostly a kid friendly type of enviroment I havent had any issues beyond getting some minor repairs when requested I have taken it into condsideration that this complex is a large community Pet friendly and for the most part quiet Ofcourse there are a few tenants th 2018-06-01T20:52:39Z
The management does the best that they can to help you get a home here for your family This is mostly a kid friendly type of enviroment I havent had any issues beyond getting some minor repairs when requested I have taken it into condsideration that this complex is a large community Pet friendly and for the most part quiet Ofcourse there are a few tenants that can ruin your new home environment and they will reveal themselves once you are settled in I would say this is a good place to live overall despite a few crazies Safe place for familys toonnRecently my widow was unlocked and someone came and stole some of my food out of my fridgeratornnI am not the person to put up with this but I want people to be aware of what others are doing and keep an eye out for each other Also when I needed food and couldnt get it I applyied for stamps The church is a good place too if this is what you have to do to eat Try these options and meals on wheels will service you No body likes a thief and it is againest the law You could end up with more problems than just being hungry more ... hide ...

Had to leave a review because this was byfar the best phone call I have ever had in regards to an apartment Called to inquire about renting a unit and Cedric was on point He immediately asked me my name went into details about the location the complex income requirements and the application process what they offered and so on and so forth He asked me what I was looking for price range size amenities etcspecifically and told me everything I needed to know and then some He was extremely professional got all of my contact information so they could send me more information I was just blown away apartment hunting has been a nightmare for me lately and Ive been extremely down but this phone call alone gave me hope for humanity seriously The reviews seems a little too good to be true but if the customer service is this good I can only imagine how well they treat their tenants I felt like I belonged there and Ive never even seen or lived in the complex before Hoping to hear something back from them soon Really appreciate it more ... hide ...

I KNOW IS A LOT TO READ BUT THIS COULD SAVE YOU A LOOOOT OF PROBLEMSnDo not move to this apartment complex I repeat do not move to this apartment complex it will be a terrible mistake if you do We used to live here for about 2 years and a half since day one weve been asking for fixes in the apartment that they gave us with a lot of problems with the promise that they will be fixed that didnt happen Management was one of the rudest and most disrespectful person we have ever met to the point of making fun of us and been sarcastic when we were at the office After we tried everything we decided to move and call legal services telling them all the violation of contract on their part I went to the office presented the same information I presented in legal services and they still tried to charge me for moving before contract expired I mention them that I was with legal services then they changed their tune and told me no based on the information no charge was going to happen I moved from state and thought that everything was settled my mistake they charge me for cleaning a carpet that I maintained clean cleaned it with a water based vacuum every two weeks then they have the odasity to put it in collection messing up my credit AGAIN DO NOT MOVE TO THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX more ... hide ...
