Hi My name is Keiaundria Lester I just moved into Beverly Hills Homes in Hattiesburg MS and I just wanted to tell you all how amazing the property manager isnnI went to 6 rental offices and had given up on a finding a place I loved my apartment in Oak Grove but I couldnt get the office to take care of things and bugs were forming in my home due to them not cleaning the outsidennI was so afraid of even trying to qualify for a house I saw on a FB ad that a home was available and I prayed on it and gave it a shotnnI am so freaking happy I cant even explain it I called the office left a message and apparently I was the first to leave a message The manager called me back the next day and kept her word on first come first approved When I met with her outside shes scared of corona so she set up a station with a fan outside her office so we could distance ourselves safely I praised her for not getting frustrated with the 13000 questions and phone calls Id asked and made At the same time she was helping me her little girl was peeking out the window asking her questions and she never missed a beat She helped me understand how to switch my service and even helped me with my other rental office who was trying to rob me and make me pay 4 months of rent I only owe them for rent until the 12th of next month nownnI work in customer service and the only time Im called to the office is when one customer is upset that I cant give them the whole store and everything in it for 173 I never hear about the 1000 other customers from that day alone that would rate me a 10 out of 10nnPlease tell Mrs Valencia thank you from the bottom of my heart She said she was just doing her job but I want to make sure the right people know that shes doing that and above more ... hide ...

I usually dont say anything but enough is enough She work hard for these reviews and then somebody like Sean get on here and just start lying Its not cool Yall paid 750 deposit Everybody else pays 400 but yall had evictions She still tried to help just told yall to pay 350 extra Thats where she messed up Sean cant possibly know what happens in the office The doors been locked to the public for safety every since covid began How you can see through the walls Thats cap Yall came on the 22nd knowing yall were being put out on the 31st and was told it would take up to 7 business days to process When the lady called 9 times in 4 minutes she was told to call leave a voicemail and patiently wait for her call to be returned or come pick up her deposit If youll do all that as somebody applying just imagine how youll act if you move in She works by herself and our amazing residents understand and respect that But she ignored that request and started calling the maintenence line Yall did too much Like where yall come up with this stuff I personally brought the 750 deposit to the car had the lady SIGN saying she received it we have your signature and video of you pulling up and taking your deposits and then went back inside so please dont come on here saying she took yall money Lets not play that game She gave it right back to you Yall couldnt find nowhere else to go waited until the last minute and now trying to blame her Stop it more ... hide ...

Man Ms Nashonda is the best Had an issue in my apartment and she came and seen what was wrong and had maintenance come out right away Shes always professional and greets everyone with a smile I love my property manager I would highly recommend this place and her especially Thanks Ms Shonda for everything
