So I have been trying to get in these apartments for the longest and when she finally had an opening coming up I jumped on it as quick as possible Last Friday I went met with the landlord 1Her attitude come off way to strong like she dont like her job 2When doing the application she sit in her office while you fill out the application come when she think you 2019-06-28T20:39:27Z
So I have been trying to get in these apartments for the longest and when she finally had an opening coming up I jumped on it as quick as possible Last Friday I went met with the landlord 1Her attitude come off way to strong like she dont like her job 2When doing the application she sit in her office while you fill out the application come when she think youre done 3 For these to be based off income they expect for you to be a full time student receive some type of help from the government be on TANF or SNAP kid father has to be on child support or have some type of agreement which ion understand 4They dont go by your check stubs they dont even ask for it so how can you tell I qualify I work 40hrs a week get paid biweekly n make in the two digits but for some reason my income was my reason for not getting in These are some good apartments management just bitter shes only in the office from 8am12pm and never return until the next day more ... hide ...

Im upset because after calling Park Wind Apartments numerous of time and being told be patient by the secretary Ashley just to be disappointed She told me that and apartment would be available and that she was waiting on an approval from corporate that took 3 weeks after calling constantly to check the status that the tenant decided to renew there least and 2022-03-09T13:26:30Z

I enjoyed a spacious 2 BR 2 BA apartment in building 7 Upon inspecting my unit on movein day the unit was not available to be shown when I signed the lease I was appalled and dismayed It was evident that the apartment had been home to a roach infestation dead exoskeletons and droppings in and above the cabinets and I feared the worst However I am pleased 2020-07-31T13:55:48Z
I enjoyed a spacious 2 BR 2 BA apartment in building 7 Upon inspecting my unit on movein day the unit was not available to be shown when I signed the lease I was appalled and dismayed It was evident that the apartment had been home to a roach infestation dead exoskeletons and droppings in and above the cabinets and I feared the worst However I am pleased to say that after THOROUGHLY bleaching and cleaning everything and putting down my own pest solutions I NEVER saw one of those critters thank you JesusnnThe faux wood vinyl flooring gave the apartment a feeling of elegance that was most definitely appreciatednnI called for maintenance once regarding a toilet backup situation in the guest bathroom however I was advised that it was not considered an emergency as I had access to another commode in the master bathroom Given the circumstances of Covid19 I was disappointed to pay for 2 bathrooms while only having full access to one of them but simultaneously understanding Thankfully before my lease was up two brand new toilets were installed in the apartment and they worked beautifullynnInitially I was convinced that one year at Bristol Park was MORE than enough for me however when I gave my notice Ms Latishas sweetness had me secondguessing She really is one of the sweetest human beings Ive encountered in Jackson and a major bright spot at Bristol Park as other reviews attestnnNevertheless I have decided that it is time for me to move on What I will miss most about my experience at Bristol Park is the neighborliness of my surrounding residents Everyone was so kind so friendly and thoughtful Im grateful to have had them as neighbors They made what began as a bleak nearly unbearable living situation much more enjoyable I pray to have that type of community feeling at my new abode Shout out to the residents of Building 7 and Building 8 more ... hide ...

I have been here for almost 3 years and the work office crew was very pleasant Since about October or November of 2020 new management has come in and the new office manager is very rude and unpleasant to deal with The whole atmosphere of the Windsor Park Community has changed The owners need to take a look at their manager she is not a people person and this 2021-04-24T17:57:59Z
