I wish I could put no stars This apartment complex is trash They will give you the run around of a month or 2 just to get a move in date The whole apartment complex is patched here and there They dont care about fixing maintenance issues My hot water has never worked in any of my tubs They never fixed it Since I moved in Im almost at the end of my lease and 2022-04-04T18:03:24Z

BEWARE I am truly disappointed in this place I am a pretty honest person I have been living here for 3 years and have never been late on my rent NEVER Ive never given the staff anything to complain about or send warnings It is now December and Im just now being told that I was late on rent for the month of October after they processed our rent LATE for the 2021-12-02T01:16:15Z
BEWARE I am truly disappointed in this place I am a pretty honest person I have been living here for 3 years and have never been late on my rent NEVER Ive never given the staff anything to complain about or send warnings It is now December and Im just now being told that I was late on rent for the month of October after they processed our rent LATE for the month of Nov I have not received any emails any notice NOTHING Just a knock on the door yesterday stating that I had an outstanding balance I know that we paid the rent for that particular month but they are saying they never received it When I went to the office they were very nonchalant and did not care to try to help me through the process of finding out what happen and why Im just now hearing about this Since they have switch over management it has gotten extremely horrible Not three months in under new management and they are already accusing us of being late on rent without proper research This is how you lose good loyal tenants Ive never had anything bad to say about this apartment complex but I will not be resigning my lease next year Just beware of staying here Also they never fix anything There is no point of requesting help from Maintenance Just horrible all around more ... hide ...

Ms Bry was very helpful in assisting me with all the information that was needed to move forward with my moving experience I would highly recommend her as well as this property for anyone looking for a place to stay Also the maintenance man Mr James is awesome

The bedrooms are nice sizes in the unit Not so good water pressure Need repairingGated Nice Prices are reasonable for the space offered
