Worst Rental Experience The contract is useless as deposits are not returned when the contract states and the landlord will find ways to take your deposit just bc he feels the need I had a deduction for ac filters that were changed before I left and I even left extras for the new tenant I was charged for painting and cleaning even after I left the apartment better than what they rented it for and never hung anything on the walls to require painting The lease states 200 for the entry clickers will be returned 14 days after surrender and the security deposit 30 days after move out It has now been 47 days and I was told by Cindy on day 40 that she forgot to put a postage stamp on the mail No great tenant should ever have to just a beg for their own money to be returned more ... hide ...
