Im A Current Resident And These Folks Are TERRIBLE WE ARE ON OUR 4TH MANAGER IN THE PAST 3 YEARS THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE NO ONE IS EVER IN THE OFFICE CANT GET AHOLD OF MAINTENANCE BEEN HERE SINCE 2015 AND NO UPGRADES HAVE BEEN DONE BUT THEY GO UP ON RENT THEY ALLOW TOWING COMPANIES TO TOW YOUR OPERABLE VEHICLE I NEED THE CONTACT INFO FOR HUD OR WHOEVER 2021-06-23T13:26:21Z

If I could give this complex a negative I would This is the worst complex I have ever lived in I scanned through some of the google reviews before moving in but I said Hey I will give a chance but I see now that was the worst mistake I could have ever made When youre excited about moving some things you dont pay attention to but once I was in my apartment unpacking I started to notice things My apartment had been spot painted my walls are so messed up to the point where I dont even hang pictures because it looks so horrible I bleached my cabinets and their still stained I dont even use my drawers in neither one of my bathrooms because they are so filthy and thats after bleaching them All my windows in my home are molded my bath tub is molded my patio door is molded and etc I have bleached these areas and even brought mildewmold cleaner from Lowes Ive cleaned the spots and it always comes back Living in those conditions is very unhealthy and can cause serious health issues The apartments are old and need UPGRADING The buildings and porches need to be pressure hosed I am so shame of my apartment that I dont even invite company over because when you drive in the complex it looks like the GHETTO Trash on the ground broken blinds sheets up to the windows and etc They give you car decals when you first move in but why Because they dont enforce it you come home from work and cant get a park It does no justice to contact the office about any situations you have because the first thing the property manager says is Well I can let you out your lease Mr Derrick is rude and very unprofessional I moved in this complex back in September of this year and it has been nothing but pure hell since I stepped foot in here I have pictures for anyone that needs to see DO NOT MAKE THIS PLACE YOUR HOME PLEASE RUN I hate to say this but I have to agree with a post I saw somewhere else SOUTHAVEN IS TRULY THE GHETTO NOW Ive contacted news stations and the health department since managementregional cant help me In the process of trying to get refunded because this is very unacceptable The staffing in the office is horrible if you dont have people skills you need to find a new occupation Now I see why everybody says Ms Chiquita doesnt care I dont know which is worst the staff or the complex I know this review will get deleted but every time it does I will repost more ... hide ...
