Been on the waiting list twice and because I didnt receive my physical mail in time was taken off the waiting list so altogether been waiting 6 years with no success Why do we give our email address and phone number if they refuse to use it Most people who need a place to stay cannot receive mail from the mailing address

This place is infested with roaches and bed bugs What ever company comes in to spray is DEFINITELY NOT spraying anything to kill them must be juice to attract them The tile in the hallway is missing and not being replaced This is just unsatisfactory
