My son and I have been here for 6 months I have 2 say that we love it here Whenever we had an maintenance issue they came out took care of it the same day never rude always polite the Landladies are very helpful sweet as can be this is one of the nicest and cleanest Apartments that we have ever stayed at

I moved out the Ridge of Waveland Apartments in the later part of Jan My sister and I both lived there She lived in building 2 an I was in 1 We never bothered anyone who lived back there We always tried to help ppl as much as we could the ones we thought was decent ppl nnAfter moving out I never received my deposit back nor did my sister nWe both were emaculate house keepers Move out and left everything clean no trash or furniture no debts was left behind nSo I decided to call and check on my deposit The cooperate office stated to me my deposit was withheld but wouldnt or couldnt tell me why They stated to me I was going to have to call a certain number which was a collection agency I called and no one never called me back Same thing with my sister nnThe Ridge of Waveland Apartments has a record of high management turnover They never return no one deposit They will find a reason to keep ur deposit I highly recommend that no one apply to live there when my sister and moved into the apartments around the same time and moved out on a timely manner according to lease when we first moved in They were full of roaches and filthy dirty It took us two months to get rid of roaches and clean it up to our satisfaction I had black mold in my apartment and so did my sister It took them two months to clean up mold They never repair things on a timely manner POOR MANAGEMENT AND COOPERATE WILL NOT DO NOTHING BUT SIDE WITH MANAGEMENT AND KEEP UR DEPOSIT 7 MONTHS AND STILL HAVENT HEARD NOTHING ABOUT DEPOSIT ASHAME more ... hide ...
