I am currently living in Hanover Village apartments in Columbia MOIve been here since 2013 when living here was a wonderful place to stay with excellent management But for the past 3 years living here has dwindled The management is at its worst Shaunessy the manager has horrible people skills shes rude and disrespectful to the Seniors in the community living 2022-08-22T03:23:46Z
I am currently living in Hanover Village apartments in Columbia MOIve been here since 2013 when living here was a wonderful place to stay with excellent management But for the past 3 years living here has dwindled The management is at its worst Shaunessy the manager has horrible people skills shes rude and disrespectful to the Seniors in the community living She has not addressed the repairs and concerns of the residents in a timely and professional manner Ive witnessed her address and bully and elderly resident about her living violation I thought it was truly disrespectful She has been very dismissal about the fact that I havent had hot water in 2 days She did not contact me to tell me if and when she would order me a hot water tank and when I would be able to have hot water I had to drive around the property to find her in order to get any answers This type of behavior from management has really become a problem for most of the residents Im sure and probably will have a resident petition going about our current management because something has to be done This is not okay and it really needs to be addressed As well as All the repairs that needs to made more ... hide ...

I love Tiger Village The management office staff are very nice and accommodating You can tour the property and even the apartment you are interested in prior to signing They have a strict application process such as checking credit score and criminal history but it is definitely worth it Everyone Ive met here neighborwise is super nice They have a pool which 2019-05-14T21:34:33Z
I love Tiger Village The management office staff are very nice and accommodating You can tour the property and even the apartment you are interested in prior to signing They have a strict application process such as checking credit score and criminal history but it is definitely worth it Everyone Ive met here neighborwise is super nice They have a pool which is free for all residents to use You have to pay for laundry but its not very expensive 150 for each washer or dryer use There is also a dog park that is very nice its a great place to let our dogs run around The apartment office has a gym tanning booth and business center as well Maintenance staff is great they are all very nice and let you know beforehand if they need to enter your apartment for any reason Overall a wonderful place that I thoroughly enjoy living more ... hide ...

It is a poor place to live mantiance doesnt doesnt do there job tenants are afraid to report management do to the fact they are afraid they will be put out tenant can never be reach at the office i wouldnt recommend no one to live there the rating are low
