You cant get thru when you call the main number for info Even when you press zero for the operator all you get is voicemail When you leave a message on their website to contact you no one does And regarding the waiting list I dont understand why a big deal is made out of telling people where they are on the waiting list That is not private information Y

You cant get thru when you call the main number for info Even when you press zero for the operator all you get is voicemail When you leave a message on their website to contact you no one does And regarding the waiting list I dont understand why a big deal is made out of telling people where they are on the waiting list That is not private information Your social date of birth etc is but not where you are on the waiting list You can call Missouri Family Children Services and by giving them your name and social etc they will discuss your case with you but Columbia Housing wont tell you where you are on the waiting list unless you come in person and show an ID I think that is ridiculous Where someone is on the waiting list isnt private information that needs to be that secure I think CHA hasnt gotten carried away with this or could it be they just dont want to answer the phone Probably so
