I love the space and layout of these townhomes Some of the townhomes does need to be updated like as far as fixtures paint color and appliances There is A LOT of kids young teens running around playing or just hanging out but for the most part they do keep to themselves The park area REALLY needs to be updated over grown weeds 1swing missing missing seat o 2021-08-19T00:48:30Z
I love the space and layout of these townhomes Some of the townhomes does need to be updated like as far as fixtures paint color and appliances There is A LOT of kids young teens running around playing or just hanging out but for the most part they do keep to themselves The park area REALLY needs to be updated over grown weeds 1swing missing missing seat on the sea saw and the dinosaur been dead for a few years now Needs new equipment mulch It has a lot more space I would love to see a spot for the young adults to hang so they dont be hanging out in the driveways front entrance Maybe more sitting areas for them in the park area Trash overflow was an issue but looks to have been solved as far as Ive seen Maintenance is so backed up things are definitely falling behind and as of now we have only 1 maintenance man The pool has been closed since the summer 2018 after the update and it has finally reopened this year which I havent gotten to yet visit The rooms are a great size with a bonus space in the basement AGAIN I personally do feel like these apartments need a total renovation more ... hide ...

The manager Kevin has been very rude and unruly to my grandmother He has spoken down to her on a few occasions She continues to complain about the mole thats on her wall unit Kevin sends maintenance to scrub it off It returns and his solution is not changing I would like for her to move but she enjoys her neighbors and the Florissant area I am going to conti 2018-09-21T17:08:15Z
