My mother lived in Old Oak Tree for 3 years the manager was nice at first Then she was very mean to me and my mother after a few months Mother at this time had friends that she did not want to move to another place After three years my mother had to be moved to a full care center The manager would not return her deposit when we started moving her out we foun 2020-04-20T15:15:28Z
My mother lived in Old Oak Tree for 3 years the manager was nice at first Then she was very mean to me and my mother after a few months Mother at this time had friends that she did not want to move to another place After three years my mother had to be moved to a full care center The manager would not return her deposit when we started moving her out we found mold along the ac and heating ducts The apartment was clean when we moved her out One time when she was living at Olde Oak Tree I had to move most all her things out because her apartment got infested with bed bugs from another apartment I also had to throw away a lot of her personal things This is not a good place for your elderly parents I have a lot of stories about the manager and the way she treated people including the maintenance man that was a life long friend that passed away because of things to do with the manager My mother was a very active 94 years young when she lived at OLD MEAN TREE more ... hide ...

Fair priced many of the people there are nice now down sides you cant turn on heat for example now and its been getting in the 20s lately and a lot of elderly people live there not till late November and then same goes for summer time with ac theres a set day and often times before that set day its super hot that is dangerous for tenants especially if they a 2022-10-19T00:39:45Z
Fair priced many of the people there are nice now down sides you cant turn on heat for example now and its been getting in the 20s lately and a lot of elderly people live there not till late November and then same goes for summer time with ac theres a set day and often times before that set day its super hot that is dangerous for tenants especially if they are elderly which most of the tenants there are or disabled or if they have a condition where extreme temperatures could harm them worse like Ms for example asthma etc They have nice balconies and community areas definitely could use an extra elevator if a fire happened there Id fear for the tenants yes there are stairs but many are disabled and cant use the stairs but the people that help management and management appears to be nice I understand the id rule to protect the tenants there but the tenants living there I dont believe should have to check in and out thats ridiculous and a little stalkerish more ... hide ...

Ive lived there from February of 2014 to April of 2018 April 7th is my last day there as Im moving to a different place I know this place very well the insides and the outsides of it If u would like to know more about it let me know

This place has really gone way down from what it once was I have a good friend who lives here First the catalytic converter was STOLEN from her truck that was parked in the front lot After she had it repaired the whole truck got STOLEN Several people who live here have had their cars stolen They need night security to protect their property They have had problems with BED BUGS The front office workers are less than helpful to the tenants and so so rude I wish the building management would take time to look into all the issues and make things right This is really not okay The last time I was there a man was working on his vehicle and just unnecessarily shouting profanity and making a spectacle of himselfnThe secure doors just randomly opened without anyone coming in or going out nPLEASE BE CAREFUL IF YOU LIVE HERE more ... hide ...
