The rent is ok but you definitely have to worry about your safety They have squatters and homeless people coming in these apartments and sleeping on the stairwaythe hallways and entry way smells of mildew and definitely not cleanthe manager only cares about getting the rentthey do not do any up keep on this apartment it took over 4 months just for the Mai 2016-03-22T16:03:25Z
The rent is ok but you definitely have to worry about your safety They have squatters and homeless people coming in these apartments and sleeping on the stairwaythe hallways and entry way smells of mildew and definitely not cleanthe manager only cares about getting the rentthey do not do any up keep on this apartment it took over 4 months just for the Maintenance man To come fix necessities needed in the apartment like stove fridge toilet and etcI only suggest this apartment if you are extremely in need of a place asap out of options or just cant afford anything but this Also beware of bugs cockroaches Beatles water bugs any kind of bugs They do come spray I believe a monthly or twice a month basis which helps but doesnt last I actually have my own bug guy come and spray my apartment even when they do this because what they do is not Thorough Only one positive is the rent and affordability more ... hide ...

These apartments and the company that manage them are a joke Everything about the previous reviews is absolutely true The original manager when we moved in was a drug addict along with her entire family and a good amount of the tenantsnnI really dont even know where to start about this place This is one of the worst places I have ever had the delight of living innnMaintenance does not get done in any way the manager from PDC that we see maybe once every 3 or 4 months basically just says its our problem not theirsnnKids on any given day roam unchecked which is normally not a huge deal for me but when its 10 or 11pm and theyre riding around the small parking lot on their bikes someone is eventually going to get hitnnThere is always trash on the grounds grass and landscaping is done weeks if not months after it needs to be snow is rarely touched in the winter Again this is the tenants problem not the management apparentlynnParties or loud music and obnoxious yelling extend well into the late hours and not only on the weekendsnnThere hasnt been an actual apartment manager for at least 6 months There have been a few that come and go for a few weeks at a time but they never actually do anything here The rare event a manager from PDC companies comes to the apartments they are EXTREMELY rude inconsiderate and obnoxious Especially the larger lady that comes here more commonly than the others They feel that posting a page on their office window that inspections will be done in a few days is appropriate notice the often make rude and unprofessional comments to the tenants Every other month we get a notice MAYBE week in advance that there will be no one in the office for a couple weeks and that we are responsible for mailing our rent to Arkansas and that if they receive it late there will be feesnnThere have been several cars broken into the past few months and of course the management does nothing about it they do not change a thing Replacing some of the parking lot lights that are out would be a great startnnThe rent is decently cheap for the size of the apartments but this place is horrid especially for having a family here I will say that for the most part if you leave things a lone you wont really be bothered more ... hide ...
